Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactIt#s a very cute drawing ^^
The background is amazing, not too detailed but also not too simple either and it fits to these two electric-type pokemon very weel :3
I also like the idea that pichu is holding Joltik, never really thought about it, but Joltik is REALLY tiny. I also like the lashes of the Pichu xD It's a girl, right?
You also got the look of those too right and also the proportions..
All in all I thik the picture is really cute and you're not rustyat drawing at all.
