I've depicted my Hydreigon as shy too many times, I gotta show that he can be intimidating as well.  I always felt that my Hydreigon had an alligator-lookin' face, especially since he's green.
He's a dark type so I figured I might as well have him in the dark (or maybe I just really like drawing characters dark with glowy eyes).  I think I went a little overboard with it though because compared to the other characters, this one is REALLY dark, like even darker than the Galacta Knight one.
